Cancellation Policy

At Mosshead, we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs. You can initiate cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel, please send an email with your Order ID and cancellation reason to [email protected]. Ensure the cancellation request is sent from the email ID used to place the order on our site.

Please note, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we cannot accept cancellations.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, Mosshead allows returns within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds: For approved returns, the refund amount, after deducting reverse pick-up charges, will be credited to your Mosshead Wallet. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website.

Damaged Products: For products received damaged, returns are accepted within 3 days post-delivery. No returns are accepted beyond this timeframe for damaged or wrong products. Upon receiving the product back at our warehouse and after QC verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Sale Items: Please note, products purchased using a sale coupon or discount are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Size Issues: Products with size issues are eligible for exchange/replacement with your preferred size. Please be aware that two-way courier charges will apply for exchanges. For refunds, only one-way charges will be applied.

Customization: Custom-sized t-shirts and other customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged from our end.

Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, refunds will be processed as Mosshead Wallet credits.

Self-Ship: In locations without reverse pickup services, customers are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. If the product is defective, Mosshead covers shipping costs. For incorrect orders placed by the customer, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges: For any returns due to defective products, Mosshead bears the shipping charges. For orders placed incorrectly by the customer, the shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
